When they realized we needed a pet friendly room .we didn't know they offered at this location. They went out of there way to make sure we were in a room. For my fur babies. "We stayed in a junior suite and it was very nice. My only complaint were the pillows are horrible. It is a little walk from hotel to casino but the casino has the newest slots and lots of fun. We ate at the Brew Brothers Express and took our meals to our room to enjoy. Brianna was wonderful that worked there.
We stayed here for 2 nights while in town to see the Chiefs vs Raiders. Great trip."

"Felt like a motel 6 quality of room each of my 4 nights slept absolutely horrible! Hotel uses the cheapest low count thread bedding and sheets are SOOOOOO HARD AND SCRATCHY making it IMPOSSIBLE to feel comfortable or relax as it felt I was sleeping on SANDPAPER and it's apparent their maids don't know about FABRIC SOFTNER as sheets felt they are washed in HARD water and not softened with dryer sheets or liquid fabric softener. I am surprised who ever the housekeeping manager is finds this acceptable? Maybe they themselves haven't slept in their own hotel? Or imagined how a guest would feel sleeping on their hard scratchy sheets!! Also, I have a neck injury and the pillows were the absolute worst pillow I've ever experienced in a hotel-PILLOWS stuffed with cheap cotton so HiGH AND STIIFF and HARD that made it impossible to lay your head on (unless your a 300 lb+ person) Its obvious this hotel doesn't invest in quality linens or pillows (just buying the cheapest in BULK) to benefit their profits but give guests the lowest possible quality of sleep. I asked front desk to please bring me a different pillow but they said that's not possible that all their pillows are the same! Maid (Aurora) was young and snotty using TONS of cleaning detergent in an insane amount in the next room it started coming thru my vents making it hard to breathe! When I told her I could smell all her cleaning solution (smelled like pinesol - which I'm ALLERGIC to) she gave me a snippy little attitude and continued to use even MORE making the ENTIRE floor so strong! I continued to tell her that she's using too much if it's coming thru my vents to my room and she just rolled her eyes at me after I asked her to please stop using soooo much as it's strong and I'm allergic! She only ignored me and went to the other room on the other side of my room and used even more till I finally reported to the front desk and was moved to a different room!
I've stayed at other Ceasars/Harrahs hotels and was expecting this hotel to match up to the quality of the others... but never again will I stay here."
