"Are the conductors children? They care more about blowing the horn than driving the train. The horn is literally going nonstop. Can’t get a moment’s peace to read my book.
Also, how can they legally get away with charging $9 for a sandwich that’s still frozen in the middle?
And finally, they stopped for fifteen minutes to fix some problem, and then stopped for another fifteen minutes at an empty platform where no one got on or off. I was late to an appointment because they can’t run a good train or plan a schedule logically.

"95 degrees and no place to be in AC according to staff. I was having a visible heat episode and no staff or guests suggested I try to cool off in the AC near the restrooms. Server never offered to refill water or ask if I felt better."
