"I like the relaxed atmosphere and friendly people I meet at Paradise Springs. There are picnic tables to set up your gear right where you park. There is a restroom where you can don your wetsuit, and there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your dive.
The spring itself goes down to 100 feet when water tables are high, and only advanced divers are allowed. There is also a cave for certified cave divers that goes down even further to 140 feet. The spring is a good place for private dive instructors to train one on one.
I enjoy Paradise Springs and recommend it."

"A really nice spot to go dive.
As always, be careful.
Know what you are doing.
Do not dive beyond your skill level.
You can drop down to over 130 feet.
To get to this depth you will need to descend into a very tight cave area.
THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS.
You silt up.
You will definitely lose your directional bearing.
There is a commemorative marking for someone who died in this cave."

"This spring is a hidden gem. It is privately owned and is literally in the back of someone's property. It's tricky to find down a dirt road with no signage. Once we found it and signed our waivers we found our way to the gazebo and realized we had the place to ourselves. The walk down the steps to the spring is picturesque and it's easy to see why the place is called paradise spring... it looks like paradise. The platform to enter is sturdy and spacious.. There is a small spring opening about 10 feet wide and once you go down it opens into a magnificent cavern. I've never seen such clean and clear water. There is a whale bone sticking out the side of the wall as well as tons of shells and ancient fossils. The yellow guideline present made it easy to descend down to 99 FEET! The grim reaper sign is where you should turn around. This was an amazing spring and I would describe it as similar to blue grotto but not as big. The debris pile at the top reminds me of the one at Devils den. This experience was well worth the $30 cash to get in. If you like spring/ cave diving don't miss this one."
