There were 3 workers doing nothing, one was wiping the same table like 4 times and trying to ignore me and the other two were talking, even though I said "excuse me" they ignored me (we were relatively near each other). I had to go through the normal line so I could pick up my food 🙃"

But when I attempted to get a refill of my yearly bucket mid movie; they wanted me to leave the movie area go into the lobby and wait in line when there was several would-be patrons waiting in line ahead of me. I asked for the manager. He told me he would be unable to service me there since their cash register inside the movie area was not operating. I suggested he ring me up on one of the cash registers in the lobby since it was Onlysteps away in the concessions area. No go. This group is Not interested in serving the public, but rather placing obstacles into otherwise reliable movie experience. Extremely inconvenient and in my opinion unnecessarily so."
