"We signed up for a family camp. It was a really good experience, the entire family got to do something on they enjoyed. The staff was really helpful and kind, they led a night hike, archery, arts and crafts, making dinner and breakfast on the fire, Gaga ball, and s'mores. Each family brought their own tent and stayed overnight.
It was a great way to introduce our kids to camping, I would recommend watching the events at Hummel Park Nature Center."
Brandon Petersen
"Great hiking place. Disc golfing. Juts throw the ball back and forth. The children's playground is also cool to just sit around the green areas and enjoy the fresh air. The picture w the name of the park is the entrance to the hiking part of park. You drive in and take first left. That will take you to one of the coolest part of the park.
Be mindful of the green areas and do not disturb the nature. If you find personal items, leave them. The owner might come back. Just leave aside on a visible path."
