"Absolutely a must see. I can’t believe the beauty and work they put into this place for visitors to enjoy, for free! We live an hour away and we plan to go back in the fall or winter to enjoy it even more! My almost 2, 4 and 6 year old all loved and enjoyed it as well!
Homeschoolers, this is something to put on your field trip list! Check out their website before going as they have some neat activities you can download on it. My 6 year old loved doing the scavenger hunt throughout the gardens. They have it on a clip board when you walk in!"

"Another great visit. We found ourselves in Orange for a magic show at Lutcher Theater. We wanted to go walk and see the scarecrows and pumpkins. I swear they must have over 1,000 pumpkins out! It's gorgeous. The walk to the entrance was lined. The paths were lined. So many different gourds. If you get a chance, stop by for a visit. Also, it was FREE to attend. I do know they have some events coming up."

"Shangri La Botanical Gardens is truly a blooming treasure in Orange! From the moment you enter, you're greeted with unbeleafable beauty—lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and perfectly pruned paths that make it easy to branch out and explore. The landscaping is flawless and clearly tended with love and care.
The volunteer staff were the root of our great experience—so friendly, helpful, and full of budding knowledge. Their passion for the garden really blossomed through every interaction.
If you’re visiting Orange, don’t leaf without stopping here. It's a must-seed destination that will truly grow on you!"
