"Enjoyed a beautiful dusk hike! Signage isn't really that great but you can figure out which way to go if you use satellite view on Google maps. Beware of the aggressive turkey I encountered on my way in and way out at the trail head. He would not let me get in my car then proceeded to chase my car out of the parking lot 😂"

"Only been here once and didn't get to walk the whole area, but it was nice! Very sandy, obviously, but some paths are easy to walk. For any wildflower enthusiasts, there are lots of St. Andrew's cross, Skyblue lupine, Pawpaw, and Purple thistle. Some other hidden gems: Sandhill milkweed, Florida greeneyes, and Goldenrod. There are a few violets too. Beautiful."

"Nice walk but I thought I’d see the river. Maybe I didn’t take the right path. Either way it was great to get out in nature and away from the city in 15 mins. It was a chilly Florida day but I did see an armadillo!"
