What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the imaginative themes and nighttime ambiance of Hollywood Drive-In Golf, with many highlighting the fun interactive digital scorecards and friendly staff. While some find the courses easy and the price steep for adults, it's widely considered a great family-friendly activity and a visually entertaining experience, especially after dark.
"My boyfriend and I played both courses (sci-fi and haunted) on a Wednesday and really enjoyed them. The course designs are very cool and the haunted side was especially cool at night (shout out to the staff member who recommended a night session!) The courses are challenging enough that we didn't get bored and involved some fun mechanics that kept us interested. I liked getting a discount for paying ahead of time for a second round especially because it never expires! Would definitely come back again and recommend to others! The staff is very friendly as well!"

"Fun putt golf course to play.
Great for kids.
We like to play these courses at night, especially because of all the lights."

"Yes, the special effects and theming are quite impressive and create a fun atmosphere. However, the course itself is very easy, making it more suitable for young children or families rather than adults looking for a challenge. The biggest downside is the price. We paid $86.67 for two adults and that was already the discounted online rate, so we were expecting something outstanding. This was not it. It’s hard to justify that cost for such a simple course. On top of that, if you’re coming just to play and not visiting Universal Studios, be prepared for an additional $35 parking fee, which makes the experience even less cost-effective.Overall, it’s visually entertaining but extremely overpriced for what you get — worth it once for kids, but not good value for adults or regular mini-golf fans."
