On his first day, my boyfriend and I invited him to Disney Springs, and we were hungry, so we went to eat at Blue Restaurant. For a restaurant at Disney Springs, it's very nice, but the cocktails were okay. My boyfriend ordered Jambalaya, which was very typical. My brother-in-law ordered Skillet Mac & Cheese, which he loved. I ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta, but it was a little bland, and the waitress cordially changed my plate. I ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger, which was okay. Nothing extraordinary, but at least it satisfied my hunger. What was extraordinary were the people working at the bar. They were super friendly and very sociable and made us have great conversations. There was a long waiting list, and we didn't want to wait, so we sat at the bar, and the people were very nice. I really liked Mauricio."
