"This is a PUBLIC PARK - kayak launch (there is a private glass bottom kayak boat tour that launches from here- there is also a free community kayak program that launches from here), fishing pier, Sarasota rowing crew practices out of here and you can’t use the fishing dock when they have practice, picnic tables, restrooms, beautiful park - they do rent for weddings. They hold many community events. Their mission and approach to saving land is IMPRESSIVE! Go to their free lunch and learn presentation to learn more about them! Get involved by volunteering. I am amazed at this hidden gem! They also have a popular family friendly festival in April as well as other events!"
