Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex for its exceptional, well-maintained turf fields, making it a top-tier soccer venue. "Facility is great place to play. The folks running the KC Midwest All girls Tournament were NOT. We had all decent referees the entire tournament until our last game when this referee in goggles was in charge of our final game. He gave two goals to the opposing team after being off sides, he called it off sides both times, then reversed his calls after second guessing his calls, asking spectators what they saw to see if he was correct or not. He would go talk to his flaggers to confirm, his flaggers would try to tell him it was off sides. So much uncertainty in his calls, then why do you call it in the first place?? And WHY are you talking to spectators about the calls you’re making to see if you were right or not? His bad calls only got worse, parents dumb founded and couldn’t believe the unfairness through our entire final. Parents yelling at him obviously at this point from the frustration and unfairness going on and his reaction was to sign an “ejaculating” motioned towards our girls!?!? The Management over this tournament was absolutely no help! This referee needs to be let go and never allowed to ref again in his life."

"Scheels is literally the BEST soccer complex I've ever been to. The instructors are top notch, it's clean and well maintained, the fields are clearly marked . The camps set at various times during the year are an added bonus. Now my boy is in 3rd grade competitive soccer we have to travel to other sports complexes as well as Scheels. Ours is still the best!"

"Impressive! There's parking in every direction as you pull into the complex and begin searching all around! Actually, this was the best 👌 👍 complex with signage pointing you into the right direction every step of the way! Just look around and be ready to make the next turn! Look at every sign and every pole, you'll impress yourself in the end! The fields are in GREAT condition and pretty well marked for the kids! There is plenty of room for the parents and spectators to sit back! The only complaint we heard from "so many" people was that the concession stands were closed, and all these people looking to grab a little something with late soccer ⚽️ games party their bedtimes! 🌛 I'll post a LOT more photos coming up! 😉"
