Working on my next around the border of a state (Kentucky) road trip. Did my home state of Ohio last month (see link below). Any suggestions for things to see on the KY border?
https://www.reddit.com/r/Ohio/s/4WtJvsX8bp I will stay as close to the border as possible. The orange markers are my possible overnight destination.

What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Smothers Park is widely praised as one of the nicest and best-maintained public parks, especially noted for its massive playground and refreshing splash pad. Visitors love the scenic riverfront walk, relaxing swings, and the captivating fountain shows. While generally clean, some guests have noted an odor in the restrooms.
"Such a nice riverfront walk. We enjoyed the water features, the porch style swings with a view of the river and the nicely paved walkway which makes it easy to explore. There is even a large playground along with a splash pad for the kiddos, nestled right next to concession stands full of refreshment options. The park bathrooms were clean, although they had a bad odor. We even had the pleasure of live music by an older gentleman playing guitar on a street bench."

"Easily one of the nicest & well-maintained public parks I’ve seen in some time. There are multiple swing/slide options, plenty of obstacles to climb & everything throughout the play area is padded pretty well. The splash pad was also a hit with our kiddo, which is open between Memorial Day through Labor Day. Located right on the riverfront, there’s also plenty of space to walk & some fountains to check out as well. If you’re in the area, visiting here is a must ✌🏻"
