It's described as a 'great way to experience & learn about a piece of history' and a 'delightfully beautiful ride.' "This is a real nice ferry trip, very scenic. The operators are very friendly."

Karan Abbasi

"What a great way to experience & learn about a piece of history on the back waters of the Eastern Shore. Highly recommend!!"

Lori Middleton

"An excellent opportunity to experience a short, prompt, fun boat ride AND a beautiful, very "walkable" historic town for a "worth every penny" fee. We left our car at the Bellevue side of the trip...waited about 5 minutes for the ferry to come...had a delightfully beautiful ride across the waterway...and explored. Because the ferry runs back and forth constantly, there literally was no wait. Perhaps in "high season of summer weekends" the story is different. But for Monday-Wednesday after Labor Day, the trip was incredible. Don't miss this adventure!"
