"Scammer and liar: Briana scammed me out of $55. When I clicked on the address in the confirmation email, the link took me to Briana's old address. When I realized the issue and drove to her new salon, I was late. I showed her the issue with the confirmation email but she said I was considered a no-show and still charged me the full $55 for the haircut. By that time we still had 45 minutes left out of the 1h appointment (enough for a men's haircut) but she lied and said I was booked for less than an hour so she said she would not have time to complete the haircut and still charged me. This is a lie as shown in the screenshot below. As a business owner it's her responsibility to make sure customer on-boarding goes smoothly. At least she could have waived the fee but no. Zero compassion, zero empathy, worst customer experience I've had in a long time."
