Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently describe Antelope Canyon as a breathtaking, once-in-a-lifetime experience, praising the stunning natural beauty and the informative, friendly guides. The unique sandstone formations and light beams are frequently highlighted as unforgettable. However, some find the tours can feel rushed and crowded, impacting the overall serenity of the visit.

"We did the Lower Antelope Canyon tour with Ken’s Tours. Our tour was at 3:30pm. It was absolutely breathtaking! Our guide, Jonas, was incredibly informative and shared so many interesting facts about the canyon’s history and geology. He also took amazing photos for us — true Instagram-worthy shots!

This is 100% a must-see. The colors, shapes, and light inside the canyon are unlike anything else.

Travel tip: If you’re coming from the Phoenix direction, remember that Lower Antelope Canyon runs on Mountain Time. The clock goes back one hour — we thought we were 1 hour early, but it turns out we were 2 hours early! Better early than late, though!"

"This is one of the coolest places I've been to in my life. There were a lot of people (even for 7 AM), but it was worth it.

Our guide was Kennedy, and he was absolutely incredible. Not only was he helpful as a guide in terms of telling us information about the canyon, the land, history, dangers, helping us take photos, etc, but he also took out his musical wind instrument (flute like), and played us a traditional song. I cannot describe the unbelievable acoustics and sound that I experienced as he did that. It's a moment I will never forget and something I would specifically pay to hear again. We weren't allowed to film it (video or audio), which I completely understand, but I wish I had a recording of it because it was so beautiful.

Kennedy, if you're reading this, thank you so much for doing that and being such a wonderful guide. The level of kindness, knowledge and patience you showed our group meant a lot!"

"Enjoy a breath taking tour to the lower antelope canyon. We booked a 7am deluxe tour to beat the summer heat and crowds. Our guide took the time to share the history of the Navajo people, the history of canyon formations, and explained safety procedures they take when a potential heavy rain or flash flood is in the forecast. The one-on-one experience was fantastic. Be prepared to walk and decent into a canyon. Some passageways are narrow but easily passable. There are so many things to experience in Page AZ, easy 3-5 days to experience and explore this wonderful sacred ground of the Navajo Nation."
