"What can I say... Doug is the boss! 😎 His crew (including his son) are so courteous, knowledgeable and fun! Even let a fellow attendee (certified pilot) get some stick time! Best first hot air ballon experience! And did I forget to mention we flew over 10k ft up in the air for almost 2 hours?! Other balloons flew way lower and for just a few minutes.
