"Parkland Public Library was wonderful. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The facilities are beautiful. Everyone has a space there - adults, teens, children. There are plenty of tables to work at, many comfortable chairs and a lovely outdoor area. They have activities for all ages throughout the month. And feature local artists each month in their art display. Clean well lit bathrooms. Drop by and say hello to the friendly and helpful staff."

"I called for information being I live right outside the Parkland area. If you are not a Parkland resident, you’re not able to access this library. You can apply for a non-resident library card for 100+ dollars, which is absolutely absurd. Learning and having access to books should be a necessity to all, knowledge is power right?!"
Jade
"What a disgrace. A public library that's only open to residents? That’s not a library — that’s a gated community for books. Knowledge should be free and accessible, not locked behind a zip code. Parkland is part of Broward County; they’re happy to use county resources when it benefits them, but suddenly it’s members only when it comes to access? This is elitism disguised as policy. A city that puts up a paywall around knowledge isn’t protecting its community... it’s betraying it."
