"Took the dogs for a walk by the lake. It is so blue, peaceful, and enjoyable. Lots of parents take their kids to fish along the edge. The Discovery Center is so well kept and interesting. We took the dogs under the center as it offers good opportunities for photos without being in the way. Plan to return tomorrow with our grandson to do some fishing. Recommend the area for a great experience."

"Excellent!! Lots of history and info on dessert inhabitants.
There's a large balcony to take in the views. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Restrooms are just outside in a separate building and are very clean and stocked."
