The peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty are consistently praised, though some find gnats bothersome during humid summer months.
"Awesome place to take a hike or play in the stream. The white trail wasn't too strenuous. My boys loved climbing the rocks in the stream. Just watch for snakes. We walked past one camouflaged on the deck bridge and the snake just froze. Not sure what type of snake π but definitely not a rattler."

"Great trails with a creek along some of them. Dog friendly. Very pretty all along the creek with the rocks. Clear water that our dog loved swimming in."
Karen Gamble
"8th Lancaster conservancy preserve Iβve visited in the last couple months. Really pretty with a couple loop trails and some elevation gain on the white trail. Unfortunately the gnats were pretty unbearable which is the luck of the draw with this humid, wet time of year. The pond and stream would be pretty spots for a picnic at a less buggy time. Saw an oriole and ate some wine berries."
