From the front check in desk, to the valet, to the bell staff and restaurant staff the people who work at this hotel are among the very best I have encountered at any hotel including Ritz Carlton hotels and the like. The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, large enough and very nice. The beds and bedding are also great. The food at the restaurant is also great as well as being a good value. Finally the rates for the hotel are very affordable."

I have honestly never had a cleaner hotel room; it was immaculate! The entire hotel was super clean and comfortable. The location is prime for touring the city with many attractions within walking distance. The beds were comfortable with bedding that was actually warm and comfortable. It’s amazing how often bedding at hotels is thin and insufficient. It was such a pleasure to climb into a bed with a nice full comforter. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just the best experience ever!"
