"I had a wonderful time at Heinz Hall recently! This was my first time here, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it also made it a great experience. The performance itself was incredible - it gave me goosebumps several times. The crowd was very respectful and it was a pleasant surprise for me compared to other shows I have attended in different venues. There was also a brief optional talk you could sit in and listen to prior to the event starting. Overall, a positive experience! My only advice/note is that it is quite warm inside, I was a bit too warm at a few points, so I just suggest dressing accordingly."
