Reviews Summary

Reviews for the Berkshire County Courthouse are mixed, with some visitors finding the staff friendly and helpful, and appreciating fair outcomes. However, other reviews express significant concerns about bias, corruption, and a lack of focus on justice, with specific criticisms directed at judges and the probate office.

"One judge spent the majority of the time watching illegally obtained hidden footage provided by the defendant instead of thinking critically. Judge, if the defendant was so afraid, why did she follow around the person she was “afraid” of to record secretive videos and refuse to leave? At that person’s home? Doesn’t she need to run away as far as possible? Should you expect the victim to be able to record the defendant when the defendant attacked them? Did you think about that the defendant used violence to prevent the victim from recording them? Can everything that happened be recorded equally without any interference like in a studio? Does everyone act the same when aware of facing the camera vs. not? Is there nothing to be considered regarding how, why, where, and when the videos were taken just as if you were watching TV shows passively in court? It shouldn't be hard to identify the manipulative personality of someone who has the nerve to secretly record others at their home and refuse to leave. The defendant was laughing at you. Also, a bit of basic medical knowledge here: when one watches videos, the brain has the lowest level of frequency, which means it impairs critical thinking that requires the highest level of brain wave. So save watching videos for leisure time. Do your job using your brain. We taxpayers would thank you for that. No wonder the Brockton woman was wrongfully convicted for 17 years before the truth revealed. There are quite a few incompetent people lacking common sense in the justice system, very unfortunate for Massachusetts."

"This courthouse is extremely bias and corrupt. The judge is extremely unfair and has been caught in several lies under oath. There has been several times the judge has gone against his conduct and laws as a judge. They do not care about the welfare of a child or the emotional trauma they cause on their families. The judge and the people that work in the probate office should all be put under investigation. The probate office is just as bad and there has been several lines crossed and they are extremely unprofessional. Zero Stars!!!!!!!"

"Fair and just. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They really take the time to explain everything."
