"Tried planning an event here, after months of communication via email, they made multiple changes just days before to pricing, capacity, space limitations, sound systems and many other things. Ana Fiore lied to us multiple times, even though we had written documentation of it. We lost tons of time and money and the Trolley Barn wasted all of our time. Very unfortunate since we were planning to donate money to a local charity during this event and have an exciting community filled evening."

"Planning an event here was an absolute nightmare. They were constantly lying to me about various aspects of the venue. The capacity, price, systems, and other important details multiple times. In the end, the event was cancelled. This certainly hurt small businesses and ultimately the city of Poughkeepsie."
