The knowledgeable and passionate staff, along with the engaging animal enrichment activities, create a heartwarming and educational experience. "It was our second visit and just as great as our first visit! Elsbeth was our guide and she was informative and entertaining. I LOVE the big cats! And they stage the viewing area with some treats so that they come right up close to the viewing area. Each habitat is created for the best possible enjoyment of the animal including pools, ropes, hammocks, enclosures, toys, balls,…
I can’t wait to be able to volunteer here and I tell everyone I run into about the great organization and highly recommend the tours!"

"Awesome!
A few tips.
1. We had the first tour of the day which began at 9:30 AM. We arrived around 8:50 AM. The gate was closed with two cars already waiting on the side of the road. The gate opened at 9:00 AM.
2. We waited in the area where they sell souvenirs and such until the tour guide introduced herself at precisely 9:30.
3. The only opportunity to see the wildlife is during the tour. There is no independent viewing so no need to budget much additional time. (I saw this as a positive…not a criticism just an observation I hope will be helpful in planning.)"
