What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Queens Central Library for its extensive free programs, helpful librarians, and well-organized collections, making it a valuable community resource. While generally clean, some areas like the children's section and computer stations could benefit from more frequent upkeep. The library is a popular spot for studying and events, especially on Sundays.
"The library has changed over the years. In to the modern day. They have a separate teens section from the children. Returning books is super easy. I love that they have toddler time and kick off to kindergarten. They are really nice programs for parents to take there kids to learn to get along with others and for kids that will start school soon. Also they are well organized when it comes to the books.
However the dust build up is noticeable and where they have the books for 1-4 year olds really needs a cleaning. The fish tank is all written on with crayon I believe the computer needs wiping and fixing. And the floors in general need mopping."

"I recently visited the designated location for an IDNYC application, having scheduled an appointment online. The service, however, appeared somewhat slow, with two personnel assisting each applicant, resulting in a wait time of approximately 30 minutes."
