Doesn't matter when you decide to go..if it's just another day, weekend, the middle of the week or if there's some kind of festival happening, it's all pretty spectacular an there's just so much to see, everytime you'll find something new that you didn't see the first time around!!
I highly recommend taking some time out of the day just to go for a walk by the beautiful lakefront in our own wonderful downtown Racine!!"
