Hearing the waves of Lake Michigan crash onto shore as you walk through the zoo is an extra treat! Some of the exhibits were closed which was a little dissapointing. But overall we had a good time. "I hear so many people saying this Zoo isn’t worth a visit.. but boy are they wrong! It’s not huge with lots of hoopla, but the animals were active, and all were out and about! The snack shops were good. And the staff friendly and full of answers and info about each and every animal! So go! It’s a great afternoon spent!"
