But we were quite dismayed by the unprofessional and rude conduct of the Parks and Recreation employees that sit at the front desk. Not once, not twice but on multiple occasions. We booked a room for an hour and they come and remind us 5 minutes before our time is up. And then threaten us to leave at exactly the time we booked else we'd get charged for an extra hour, despite no one else having booked the room after us!
And the next time, we found a few pins used to attach things to the wall, lying on the floor everywhere! This could have hurt the dance class participants, but when we pointed this out to the employee, she just barely even apologized! What if someone had stepped on those pins and hurt themselves? I doubt these Parks and Recreation employees would have cared."
