"Winchester Bay is a beautiful place. I highly recommend taking the lighthouse tour where you can look inside the lighthouse and see how it works and all the beautiful glass. The tour was only $8 and it goes to preserving the landmark. Also, there's a great gift shop with food and snacks and it's just a really beautiful family friendly place to visit."

"Cute park! Best part was being able to go into the operational lighthouse (paid tour) and see it up close! Really neat to learn about! Still active coastgaurd site as well. Stop into the museum and gift shop, there's tons of stuff in it! I even managed to find a few things! Our tour guide was the best (unfortunately, cant remember his name). We will be back!"
