"This was an amazing tour. 4 hours but 1 1/2 hours on the bus going there. The tour guide on the bus was great, and made the trip there and back to quickly giving facts about the area. The on site guides were amazing as well. They seemed to have all worked there at point and all seemed to have a strong understanding on the whole process. With the amount of information they shared it felt like I needed to take notes. Amazing what they did in 1943 before computers and how quickly they did it. Highly recommend, and you won't even glow after the tour!"

After the bus ride from the visitor's center and an intro talk, you are free to go through the facility. The docents are quite knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. But do it soon. I understand that after the 2024 season, they will pause the reactor tour for 2 or 3 years to perform upgrades."
