"It has been some 11 years since we last went to the museum with family in tow. It is a fun way to pass a couple of hours and come out of the sun if you are spending the day across the road at Miller Knox Regional Shoreline. You can see the models are fun and a lot of work and detail has gone into creating them. It is even better when the trains are in operation.
It was fairly quiet at 1pm so we didn't have to deal with hoards of people. We saw the models and noted the detail of some of the scenes, some of them downright hysterical.
There is a carpark but there is plenty of street parking available as well. They charge admission on Sundays when the trains are running but admission is free on Saturdays to view the models."

"We absolutely LOVE this π β€οΈ We will be returning soon. There is so much to see and learn about. Anyone, especially children and train enthusiasts, would love it as much as we do. There is a very small charge for entrance on days that the trains are running. We went on a Saturday and didn't have to pay to get in. We will be going back on a Sunday and watch the trains run on the tracks. It will cost us $3.00 each, and they do take donations. Please donate. π"
