"1st time here. Went kind of late. We arrived about 1 hour and a half until closing. Didn't get to see it all. I love to take pictures, really take it all in, and appreciate the beauty. So maybe it would take me 3 hour visit. The trails are fun. You do get a work out my calves were sore the next day.
The staff there was so nice and helpful."

Verónica Flores De León

"Beautiful botanical garden in the campus of University California Riverside. Free access, but a $5 donation is helpful, and parking was $2 /hrs with a $6 max. I toured the garden in two hours while taking time to sit on shaded benches."

"I've been here 2 times now, and I absolutely love it. It's an escape from the desert life and very lush. It has a lower level that is where the flower and rose gardens are which could be suitable for being pushed in a manual wheelchair or electric. The ground is hard to roll on but not concrete or asphalt. There is also a long steep trail that goes uphill and all the way around with great views of the area, trees, and plants from all over the world. There are seats to rest on all throughout the gardens if you get tired and and spacious bathrooms in a few places as well. There just isn't another place like this, I just love it. The staff is very kind and informative. The best time to go is early morning right when they open so you can hear all the birds, also for cool temperatures."
