"This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The staff were incredible. The room was incredible. The food was incredible. The views were incredible. I highly recommend coming and enjoying this place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with spectacular views of the mountains. The beds are clean and comfortable. Every single staff member we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to help us. Truly an incredible experience. One note: EV charging is locked behind valet, so if you are self parking you will have to find other places to charge if you have an EV. That is really the only downside we experienced our entire time, and the staff was very understanding. If you are thinking about staying here, do it. You will not regret it."

"This place is beautiful and well situated next to the downtown arena. A 2 min or less down the walk bridge and you are there. Gorgeous backdrop for pictures. I have not stayed but I've eaten at the Regency Room and had a phenomenal time with the jazz pianist. Definitely will revisit time and time again. Hope to see you all there. ❤️"

"New staff. It was our Anniversary and a very nice gift was left for us at the front desk by our banquet hosts. Upon arrival the desk did not inform us of the gift. The next day, they could not locate the gift. They finally found it right before departure. Housekeeping arrived at 4:00pm while we were dressing for dinner. We were given totally wrong directions in the hotel by staff on 2 different occasions. Nice people, they just better training. Classic, fully restored property with beautiful grounds.
