"They have been nothing short of fantastic. First contacted them on a Sunday in January of 2024 via their website, requesting an appointment. Heard back the next day and by the end of February, I was scheduled for 18 appointments over 5 days.
All staff members I came in contact with, were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable - some of the best I've ever worked with and that's saying a lot.
I went there for three different "illnesses" , so I could have all doctors in one place, that would actually talk to each other. By the end of July. I had seen three specialists and received treatment for two illnesses and a transplant evaluation. The two illnesses that had been somewhat out of control are now progressing nicely and are under control. And after 37 years dealing with chronic kidney disease, I had a transplant in December of '24. Staff couldn't have been any better. I was out of the hospital a little over two days after the transplant and was back home less than three weeks later (expected was 3-6 weeks.) I have been back numerous times since for follow-up and have received the same great care every time.
To add: I am not saying they are perfect as no one organization ever is. But I couldn't be happier with the care I've received."
