Part two of our Saturday adventure. We took a lovely walk at Palmerton Park & Arboretum along Evans Creek in Rogue River. Pixie and Rocket are fearless. Rex used to be afraid of bridges and docks, we are happy that the twins didn’t inherit that fear from him. Our goal is to go on more adventures this year. Hope you will stay tuned and come along with us as we explore the Pacific Northwest! 🏔️ 🌲 ...

"This is a great little gem!
A small play area, all kinds of trees and shade, a suspension bridge and great little creek. Perfect for swimming and very calm and shallow for the kids! It's handicap accessible."

Rachel Uhl

"Very nice park. However it is pretty small. There is a long bridge that leads over the creek and has a beautiful view. Creek gets pretty low in summer which is nice for rock hounds. Good place to walk your dog."

Melissa Wageman

"It's a small Arboretum with lots of different species to see. One of the old redwoods has been carved down into a wooden sculpture. The is a monkey-puzzle tree there, too.
The suspension bridge is a cool feature and the water rushing underneath is soothing to the ears.
While I was there, a few people were working on restoration of the embankment.
If you are a birder, you may find some new- to- you species. I used my app and it registered 15 species."
