"Edit I am updating this review to include the conclusion. I was contacted by IFLY after my disappointing experience so they could correct the situation. My flight was rescheduled. The staff were polite and the process was pretty smooth from arrival to flight. I am so happy that they reached out and so thrilled I finally got to fly! The instructors made the experience even more fun with encouragement, reassurances to the group, and patience. One of the best parts, was the instructor "performance". Would I do this again? Yes! Would I recommend this location? Yes! Because it's not the mistake that defines the experience, it's how you handle it. And IFLY Rosemont knocked it out of the park. Great recovery :)
ORIGINAL REVEIW Drove over an hour, fought Chicago traffic for nothing. The reservation was booked 72 hours in advance. Now having to waste more time and effort to obtain a refund. Really disappointing as this "flight" was to celebrate my birthday and an accomplishment three years in the making."

In the end she showed us what could happen if we continued to come in and practice as she demonstrated her skills and made it look easy. 5 star experience!"
