What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Rock 'N River Water Park for its affordability and family-friendly atmosphere, making it a great value for a summer day out. While it can get crowded, especially on weekends, the park is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by diligent lifeguards. The ability to bring outside food and drinks is a significant plus for many families.
"My family and I visited Rock n River Waterpark this afternoon! We came at opening, but I do wish that it opened a little earlier in the day! By opening at noon it's already so hot, and it would be nice to go in when it's a little cooler. We didn't purchase tickets online prior to arriving, but those lines with pre-purchased tickets were just as long to get in as buying a ticket there, which at opening took about 10 minutes. There happened to be 3 seperate field trips visiting, and the park was packed! Be aware that every slide requires a wristband, and there are different colored bands meaning different things, such as if you pass a swim test, if you're tall enough for the rock wall and drop slide, or if you're tall enough for the kids area slides. None of the staff told us any of this, so I'm glad we figured it out ourselves before standing in line just to be turned around. They do offer snacks and drinks for sale, along with Dip n Dots and some food trucks. My kids had a fun time, just be ready for packed pools and hot walkways!"

"Great experience ! It was a little crowded but still lots of space to spread out and relax. We sat in the grass on our picnic blanket brought in a small cooler of sandwiches fruit and drinks. It was great. Food itself wasn’t super expensive and we also enjoyed snocones purchased from the park. 5 dollars for the small. Lock boxes were inexpensive as well. The attractions were great. Lots of room out of the way to splash around if you have littles. The lazy river was definitely a hit though the water was a bit warm. (Lots of people) I appreciated the seating area is so close to the attractions. So I could easily watch my daughter play. Overall great afternoon spent at the park."

"We visited on a weekend during the summer! Im giving it 5 stars because its a very nice and clean park and they do an excellent job with the lifeguards watching the kids. Especially considering how packed the park was. We loved that we were able to bring our own ice chest in with drinks and snacks for the kiddos and tickets were very reasonable. We will definitely be back."
