"Located in the lovely Phillipe Park. The mound has a small hill leading up to a flat graveled plateau. There you will find a couple of benches to sit down on. The mound offers panoramic views of Tampa Bay. It is surrounded by ample shade, nestled benches, lush vegetation and plenty of parking. It has two gazebos adjacent to it (only one is Bay facing).
