"My wife went in as a huge favor to me on her lunch break. She stepped out of her area of expertise to ask if they could help with finding a replacement brake fluid reservoir screw for my bike. She had pictures and a text from me with what I thought might be the right size screw. The guy who offered to help her asked for the model number, and when she said she didn't have it, he said "it's not worth my time to try to look this up or find the screw." She also was looking for mineral oil. She was told they didn't have any containers to put some in, and when she offered to buy a container off the shelf, he only did a half-effort search on the shelves.
I was flabbergasted when she called me with this information. I straight up told her, "then you walk right out of there and go to another bike shop". If this is representative at all of how Scott's Cycle treats their customers, I'm more than happy to take all of my business to The Bike Peddler instead."

I came in to look at bikes after completing the Salem 70.3 Ironman and wanting to upgrade my bike. Moses was very patient with all my questions, wasn’t pushy at all, and got me into a great bike. I was pretty excited to ride it with the Scott’s group the day it came in, and Moses took the extra time to make sure it was built and ready to go for me the same day it arrived."

"I've purchased 2 relatively expensive ($6000, $10,000) bikes from Scott's over the last 10 years. Purchasing, servicing, providing advice were all pleasant experiences. All staff members are very helpful, professional and easy to work with. They really take the time to find out what your needs are. They recently stuck with me in trying to resolve problems with my eBike, coordinating with Trek, performing the fixes (new motor and speed sensor) until things were working right. (3 different employees took the bike for test rides to be sure it was working right!) Highly recommend!
