"Took a tour with Preservation Utah and enjoyed learning about the history of this mansion. The tour guide had a great grandfather connection with the McCune family. She did mention one paranormal story, but got the impression this mansion is not known for paranormal activity and will disappoint in that regard. The best part of the history is that the McIntyre family has preserved this historic gem. It is rented as an event center to help pay for upkeep, but I guess the revenues don't even come close to covering the cost of ownership and restoration. While it is restored and understandably not everything is original, a majority is and it is worth scheduling a tour to learn the history. The mansion is absolutely beautiful!"
