First, the smell. Imagine a perfume called “Dead Fish No. 5”, with top notes of “Did Something Die or you left out fish when you went on a 2 week vacation. It greets you instantly, like an overly enthusiastic Walmart greeter with halitosis who insists on hugging.
The water itself is a shimmering, deceptive temptress: blue, tranquil, and is absolutely plotting your demise like the scene from creep show 2.
The shoreline looks sandy… until you realize you’re walking on pulverized fish skeletons. Yes, the beach crunches not it's no supposed to.
