"Very interesting experience. These folks have taken care in many details to provide an authentic experience of what life in this 19th century Fort could have been like. The grounds are original and in fantastic condition. The buildings have been meticulously restored to an amazing condition. Excellent work and effort on restoration of Army equipment including cannon and livery. There is a fantastic restoration of an Infirmary and Officer's quarters. There is an interesting exhibition of antique telephone, and telegraph with some very fine antique phones on display. The entrance fee was 3$ and well worth the time to visit. Super impressed by the efforts involved here."
