The welcoming nature of the clergy and parishioners is frequently highlighted, making it a place of both artistic wonder and community connection. Some modern aspects might surprise those expecting a more traditional feel, but the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.
"Wedding of a wonderful young couple. A bit more modern than I expected. How glorious, when the sun broke through for a fleeting moment. Just beautiful."

"Christos Anesti!
My wife and I experienced a beautiful Orthros and Divine Liturgy at this magnificent Church. Fr Aris truly cares about the local and international Orthodox community, he strives to be an example of love and faith.
The whole Church community at Holy Trinity was especially kind and welcoming. There were different types of people there, the ones I interacted with had wonderful testimonies of how they became Orthodox Christians or how they put their faith into action for those born into the Church. I also met a nun from an OCA Monastery in Calistoga. This Church definitely supports the Orthodox Monasteries including the Holy Monastery of the Theotokos - the Life Giving Spring in Dunlap, CA.
The mosiacs are inspiring and, of course, the dome of the Christ the Pantocrator (All-powerful) is pleasantly overwhelming. I really enjoyed the reverence of Fr Aris, Fr Deacon Basil, and Nicholas, one of the three chanters who chanted exceptionally.
To be here, or in any Orthodox Church, is an experience that leaves me to say: I didn’t know whether I was in heaven or on earth."

"This has been my church to since I was a child. I watched it being built and have many wonderful memories. I'm now "a specialist" only attending for special occasions and services. I still marvel at the mosaics, especially the dome. When I am there, it feels like home."
