now i can't even get through to anyone, calling their phone number gives an automated message saying to call back during "normal business hours, monday-friday 8am-6pm." I called at 4pm on a thursday. the automated message also told me it would send me to their after hours answering service, but after about 30 seconds of hold music, and another 30 seconds of silence the call ended. this happened twice. im gonna scream cry throw up fr guys."
