What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for the X headquarters (formerly Twitter) are mixed, often reflecting user experiences with the platform itself rather than the physical building. While some praise the building's location and potential for renovations, many express frustration with account issues, customer service, and platform policies. The building's significance is tied to its role as a major tech hub and the site of recent high-profile corporate changes.
"The building is going through a few renovations, so they are making it even nicer and more beautifully designed! I’ve been a few times for lunch and it’s always excellent, creative, tasty, and healthy, so I really appreciate visiting. Also, the eating area is a nice open space with lots of tables and communal areas. They have two major cafes, a juice bar, a barista that you have to pay a little bit for, and beautiful outdoor seating areas. And my friends who work here, really seem to enjoy the life at Twitter!"

"Small campus located at the prime location in downtown San Francisco. You wouldn’t even notice their head quarter walking down the street if you don’t notice the sign. The building looks old, but beautiful."
Enaiyat Ghani Ovy
"I was notified by email that there had been suspicious activity on my account.
I tried to use twitter once and couldn’t see the appeal.
That was more than five years ago and haven’t been on since.
Don’t even know what my screen name was so I can’t log in and deactivate it.
I tried and after verifying my email and phone number I was asked to verify my user name.
It wasn’t my name and I wasn’t offered any means of recovery.
Twitter is apparently in the practice of allowing hackers to use abandoned accounts.
Glad I don’t tweet on twits.
Worst social media company ever. 🏴☠️"
