What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Samsung's North San Jose HQ is an impressive corporate facility, but it's not a public attraction. Visitors report strict security and limited access, with no retail or public tour options. Customer service experiences for product issues are frequently cited as a major drawback, with many users expressing significant dissatisfaction with support and warranty processes.
"Terrible customer service when trying to replace a defective product. Bought a TV and extended warranty. TV went black literally 2 days after the 90 day return policy, but still within the 1 yr MFG warranty. The 3rd party extended warranty service said to file directly with Samsung to save the extended warranty extended. I contacted Samsung. WOW! They made me reconnect with the same 3rd party repair inspection service, to verify the defect should be repaired or replaced. They determined it was faulty and that the TV would be replaced. The $ would be refunded once the defective TV was picked up. The defective TV stopped working 3/18/25 and I’m still waiting for pick-up and refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHITSUNG! I have all Samsung products…washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and have no issues, however, I am thankful I haven’t because their customer service is probably the worst I’ve dealt with in a long time. They have your money so they don’t care."

"The 1st time i went , I was stopped by security. Who then said they where not opened today. Being that it was a Saturday, I said ok , then I asked what times do you open on the week days? He replied, I dont know. So remind you I'm in a wheelchair. I spent Thousands of dollars on their phones/t.v etc.
Today when I went it was again approached by 4 security guards for me and my son , telling us that the campus was closed. I dont think It should of taken 4 security guards to tell us , the campus was closed.
I never felt so embarrassed in my live.
I never got to ask the questions I was there for..I wouldn't think Samsung would treat their customers like common criminals.
That's not the way APPLE TREATED US...I CONSIDERING WHERE I WANT TO SPEND MY MONEY"

"I will never buy Samsung again. Customer service is horrible. They push ai and texting and when you finally get a real human, they barely speak any English. Their company policies don't even make common sense. Their products are hot garbage and fall apart really quickly. Don't buy anything with Samsung on it. Worst company ever. All their employees should be ashamed of themselves for working there."
