"This is a review about customer service with LINNEA in the gourmet shop. My sister and her husband were having their anniversary dinner in the dining room that night. I wanted to buy whatever bottle of wine they chose. Linnea worked with me to figure out a way for them to choose their own bottle of wine, but I pay for it. After talking through several options, we decided to give them a gift card that and have it waiting for them at their reserved table when they arrived. The process was, unfortunately, not an easy one with one of my credit cards being declined twice and Linnea being new Ish to the computer system, but we made it work. She was persistent and patient and always positive. I really appreciate that. My sister and her husband were wonderfully surprised by a gift card on their table when they arrived. I’m glad we went with the gift card choice because they ended up having cocktails and then glasses of wine with dinner, so it all worked out beautifully, and they were both very pleased. The whole experience for me was a fine example of customer service and I want to thank the Madonna Inn management for hiring and training such capable people, and of course I want to thank Linnea for helping make my family’s anniversary dinner a special one."

"This hotel was a very cool experience. A large assortment of different themed rooms and excellent food. The food portions were very generous and delicious! The only thing that I was slightly disappointed in was the dessert. They give huge portions for the dessert but it wasn't too amazing compared to the food. The love band that plays is excellent. My partner and I danced some swing and tango. A very memorable experience overall."
