"The customer service at the gate is so rude and ignorant. It was two people didn't get their names sadly. Told me go wait for the bus at one of the stops it can give me a ride to the car and back. They come every 15min. My wife and 2yr old sitting in sun for over 1hr.

"The Cedar Point staff is always pleasant and smiling. They will lend a helping hand and answer any question. I even overheard a guest stating that he had park staff call from one store to another for a certain item that was only sold at that store and they put it aside for him to pick it up when available. That's going the extra mile, that's always Cedar Point and that is exactly why we return year after year and time and time again. Keep being my happy place!!!! 😊"

"Started great, ended blah. Haven't been here for over 20 years. I have a medical condition that won't let me stand for long periods of time. We decided to spend the weekend here and got annual passes for the family because we were allowed to get an accessibility pass for the group. The second day we were forced to split up our family because they would only allow two on the accessibility pass. Unless this rule changes, we will not return, to be split up. Who wants to be separated from your loved ones? I would rather save a thousand dollars and stay home to enjoy my family."
