"Lovely island ( although some areas are still showing the devastation of Hurricane Ian.) It has several beautiful beaches goodfor shelling and with parking lots, a very cute shopping center with big parrots in the interior garden, it also has many restaurants and shops, galleries, the Sanibel Arts Center, and a great farmer's market next to it that opens on Sundays from October to late May. Highly recommend!"

"Soft sand and shelling awaits you at the meeting of sanibel island with the gulf coast waters. Quiet, laid-back and relaxed. These beaches flow at a serene pace. Gulf waters are warm, calm and relaxing. Get some sunshine and steps in along the beach."

"Beautiful beach, very laid back town, lots of people riding bikes, the shells are abundant and it depends on the season you find some more rare ones.
The island is still recovering from last year's hurricanes. They're doing a good job rebuilding, and hopefully, in a year or so, everything will be back to normal."
