Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the vibrant artistic atmosphere and the opportunity to interact directly with talented local creators. The charming cafes and unique workshops add to the overall positive experience, making it a highly recommended destination for art lovers and those seeking a creative escape.

"I just moved in less than two weeks ago. So far, I had a very pleasant experience with management and staff. On-site manager Paige is extremely helpful and kind, genuinely care about the tenants, helping me fix the billing issues, arranging maintenance team to fix the fridge. Maintenance manager Javier is truly a great guy! He went extra miles to help to solve the issue. The Security guard is also kind and helpful. I am looking forward to exploring the Santa Ana downtown life!!"

Jay

"I have lived in this community for more than 15 years, and the reason I continue to stay is because of the outstanding service I consistently receive. Just this week, our A+ maintenance team (Javier, Filiberto, and Mauricio) went above and beyond once again. They replaced my leaking washer and dryer in less than 24 hours, and as always, their work was efficient, professional, and friendly.

I also want to recognize our new community manager, Paige. She has been amazing, proactive, and truly on top of things. She even took the time to personally call me to follow up, which shows her genuine care for residents. I would like to officially welcome her to our community, and I have no doubt that she will do great!

In summary, it is service like this, from both management and maintenance, that makes this community such a wonderful place to call home."

Steve T

"I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional efforts of Golden Shield Security Guard JR and his team has truly gone above and beyond to keep us safe. Having such a reliable security guard in our community means a lot. Also want to mention that the property manager Paige is helpful and professional, she always answers all my questions. This property deserves more than 5 ⭐️"
